1. Service-Based Business

Due to the nature of pressure washing services, all sales are final once the service has been completed.

2. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the results, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion. We will review the issue and, if necessary, return to address any areas of concern at no additional cost.

3. No Refunds After Completion

Refunds are not provided for completed services. However, we are committed to working with you to ensure you are satisfied with the final result.

4. Cancellations

Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled with reasonable notice. Last-minute cancellations may be subject to a fee.

5. Pre-Existing Conditions

We are not responsible for stains, damage, or discoloration caused by pre-existing conditions, such as:

• Oil stains

• Rust stains

• Worn or damaged surfaces

Some stains may not be fully removable depending on surface condition.

6. Weather & Rescheduling

Services may be rescheduled due to weather or unforeseen circumstances to ensure the best results.
